Low Fat chicken muffins
Ingredients:
500 g ground chicken
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons garlic
2 teaspoons ginger
2 tspsns chili
2 dessertspns hoisin sauce
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Fry off onion add garlic and ginger for two minutes,add to all other ingredients,share out into a 12 cup greased muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
