Low Fat chicken muffins Ingredients:
500 g ground chicken |
1 onion, diced |
2 tablespoons garlic |
2 teaspoons ginger |
2 tspsns chili |
2 dessertspns hoisin sauce |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Fry off onion add garlic and ginger for two minutes,add to all other ingredients,share out into a 12 cup greased muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
