chicken burgers made with green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger for flavour Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chicken |
1 egg white |
1 tbsp. cornstarch |
1 tsp. sesame oil |
1 tbsp. soy sauce |
25 g green onions, finely chopped |
1 tsp. fresh ginger, pureed |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Form into four patties. 3. Grill (or fry in a dry non-stick pan). |
