The George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine Cookbook Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 clove garlic, minced |
2 green onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1 egg white |
4 sesame seeded hamburger buns |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and egg white. 2. Shape into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 3. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 4. Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes or until done. 5. Serve on sesame seed buns. |
