This is a great recipe from the Express Lane cookbook by Sarah Fritschner. It's quick, easy and it tastes great Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 -2 clove garlic, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. 2. Lightly oil a glass baking dish large enough to hold chicken breasts in a single layer. 3. Place chicken breasts in the dish. 4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 6. Serve hot or cold. |
