It's very easy, and quick, just prepare, stick it in the oven, and check back in an hour. It's great for dinner after a long day at school, or work. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
5 tablespoons minced onions |
1/8 cup yellow mustard |
1/8 cup pickle juice |
1 chicken |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven 350`. 2. Cut up chicken, put pieces into a Casserole dish. 3. Mix all other ingredients together, stir, then pour over chicken. 4. Cover with aluminum foil. 5. Put in oven for about an hour and a half. |
