My mom serves this with fish. Ingredients:
salad |
1 medium head of green cabbage |
1 16 oz package of frozen peas |
1 package of ramen noodles (just the noodles) |
1/2 cup of sliced almonds |
dressing |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Shread cabbage 2. Add frozen peas, noodles and almonds 3. In a small bowl mix sugar, vinegar oil and salt 4. Pour dressing on salad and mix well |
