i like asian flavors alot so i played around with them and came up with this. its pretty simple i didnt want to mess with the flavors of the beef too much.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped basil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
1. spray skillet with light coating of non- stick spray. mix all ingredients in a bowl. do not over mix. shape patties. heat skillet over medium heat. cook untill desired doneness. i like to serve them on a sesame seed bun with mayo and tomatos:).
