stir fry Ingredients:
81 g carrot |
82 g baby corn |
72 g pak choi |
100 g bell pepper |
8 g minced ginger |
7 g minced garlic |
83 g rump steak |
3 g grapeseed oil |
5 g lime juice |
7 g soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Cop all the vegetables. Hat the oil, fry the garlic and ginger for a couple of minutes. Add the lime, soy and vegetables - stir. Add the thinly sliced beef and continue stirring until cooked. Serve over rice, barley or noodles. |
