Lettuce wrap turned salad! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/4 cup plum sauce |
4 cups napa cabbage, shredded |
4 scallions, sliced |
2 large carrots, julienned |
1 cup cilantro |
1/3 cup rice vinegar |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. 2. Stir in plum sauce. 3. Toss together cabbage, scallions, carrots, cilantro, vinegar, and oil. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Serve with the beef. |
