A great marinade for gill meat, seafood and vegetables. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
4 tablespoons chopped cilantro |
Directions:
1. Combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, lemon juice and cilantro in a bowl mix well. Best marinade the meat and vegetable for 2 hours and seafood’s for 20 minutes. |
