Asian Asparagus With Cashews

Very quick and easy. Works great as a side or even an appetizer.
Ingredients:
2 lbs asparagus (trimmed)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
1/4 cup cashews (toasted)
salt
pepper
1 scallion (thinly sliced diagonally)
Directions:
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok until very hot.
2. Add the asparagus and cook over medium stirring frequently for 4 or 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
3. Add the soy sauce, sesame seeds, and cashews and cook over medium-high heat for another 3 minutes.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with the scallion and serve.
