Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) grated fresh asiago cheese |
1/8 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
1 large fennel bulb |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 deg f 2. Remove outer leaves from fennel bulb, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices 3. Place fennel on jelly roll pan; drizzle with salt and pepper. 4. Bake for 12 minutes. 5. Toss with asiago cheese and bake an additional 12 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. |
