This recipe came from Aunt Beverlie Rockliffe, Len Collins' aunt. Ingredients:
2 cups asiago cheese |
2 cups mayonnaise |
2 garlic cloves |
3 artichokes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. The artichokes come in a can, with water. 3. Drain and mash artichokes. 4. Stir all of these items together. 5. Hollow out a loaf of sourdough bread, saving lid. 6. Put above mixture in hollowed-out loaf. 7. Put lid back on. 8. Wrap entire loaf in tin foil. 9. Place on ungreased baking sheet. 10. Bake for 1 hour. |
