Really good comfort food. Probably not the healthiest recipe but I like it every once and a while. Sorry the ingredient amounts are so vague. It's something I came up with myself and have never measured.
Ingredients:
egg noodles
butter (enough to coat noodles)
parmesan cheese (i like a lot)
red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Boil water.
2. Add noodles.
3. Cook noodles to desired tenderness.
4. Drain.
5. Add ingredients to taste.
6. Serve.
