I love, love, love Starbucks Caramel Apple Cider, but it is full of calories. After extensive experimenting, I think this is nearly dead on but fewer calories.
Ingredients:
2 (1/2 ounce) envelopes krusteaz alpine instant sugar-free apple cider mix
1 3/4 cups simmering water
1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
Directions:
1. Add the cider to the simmering water and stir.
2. Stir in the caramel topping and butter flavoring.
3. Pour into a big mug and serve.
