Ingredients:
2 piece(s) anchovies |
2 cup(s) arugula |
1 tablespoon(s) capers |
1 clove(s) garlic |
1 lemon |
Directions:
1. Chop the arugula, and capers. Smash the anchovies with the back of a knife. Add all ingredients in a blender. Make sure you use the lemon juice and zest some of the peel. This is going to be the consistency of pesto. Enjoy! |
