Ingredients:
6 slices good country white bread, crusts removed and toasted |
4 ounces goat cheese |
4 ounces baby arugula |
2 medium tomatoes, sliced |
Directions:
1. Lay out the toast slices and spread them with the goat cheese. Place the arugula and sliced tomato on top of the goat cheese, and serve. |
