Artichokes Stuffed With Mozzerella |

Had some artichokes and normally always stuff with Italian stuffing, didn't feel like doing all that with these, So had some mozzerella and just stuffed with that, They came out great Ingredients:
4 nice size artichokes |
package of mozzerella (shredded or i used the block) |
olive oil (1 cup) |
garlic (sliced) about 4-5 cloves |
butter |
seasonings |
salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning, oregano |
Directions:
1. Carefully snip off the sharp point of each leaf 2. Pull apart and cut out the sharp part in side (the pinkish color leaves) 3. Boil in salt water for about 5 minutes 4. Pull leaves apart and in center of each put a nice big piece of cheese 5. Place in sauce pan 6. Contine till done 7. Add about 1-1/2 cup of water with 3/4 cup olive oil to pan 8. Add garlic slices to water/olive oil 9. Season each artichoke with a mixture of seasonings above 10. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over each 11. Drizzle olive oil over each artichoke 12. Put a tab of butter on each top 13. Cover pan, bring to boil 14. Lower to low-to medium low heat and cook till leaves are tender 15. If water evaporates, add more with more olive oil |
