Artichokes Spinach Cheese Casserole |

Ingredients:
6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 tablespoons softened butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
2 tablespoons milk |
pepper |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup romano cheese |
Directions:
1. Put the artichoke hearts in a medium to smallish casserole. 2. Squeese the spinach dry and arrange it evenly over the artichokes. 3. Beat the cream cheese and butter until they are smooth, and gradually add the milk. Spread this over the spinach, then give a good grind of pepper and sprinkle the Parmesan over top. 4. Bake at 350 covered for 40 minutes, then 10 minutes uncovered. |
