Again, be ready to hand out the recipe. This is addicting. I take this to the office and to Sunday School for special occasions in a bread bowl and am always told to bring more. Ingredients:
12 ounce can marinated artichoke hearts coarsely chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and place in a 3 cup ovenproof baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 3. Serve with raw vegetables, chips or crackers. |
