Another of my grandmother's recipes - very quick and very tasty. Good on game day. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts in brine |
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper |
paprika |
melba toast |
Directions:
1. Mash artichoke hearts. 2. Mix with mayonnaise, chedder cheese and cayenne. 3. Turn into a greased 8 pan. 4. Sprinkle with paprika. 5. Cover with foil. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 7. Serve hot- spread on melba toast. |
