Jessica's recipe Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen spinach (1 box, thaw and drain, squeeze) |
12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (2 jars, drain and chop) |
1 cup mayonnaise (hellman's) |
2 garlic cloves (chopped) |
2 scallions (chopped) |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded) |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and bake at 350 about 20min. 2. Serve warm. |
