I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. A great side dish for holiday meals. Goes wonderfuly with traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We all love it! Ingredients:
1/2 c green onion chopped |
1/2 c butter |
2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach |
10 oz can artichoke hearts |
1/2 pint sour cream |
1/8 tsp garlic salt |
1/2 c parmesan cheese |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. sauté onion in butter 2. add cooked, drained spinach 3. add drained artichokes, sour cream, seasonings 4. sprinkle cheese on top 5. bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes |
