Ingredients:
8 ounces corkscrew macaroni |
1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 can sliced ripe olives |
1 red onion, diced |
1 red pepper, seeds removed and sliced |
1/4 cup feta cheese |
1/3 cup white vinegar or 1/3 cup wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons salad oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
3/4 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Mix vinegar, oil, honey, basil, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. 4. Chill for 1 hour and serve. |
