1 cup mozzarella cheese |
6 ounces canned artichoke hearts, diced |
1/2 cup pepperoni, diced |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
4 eggs, beaten |

1 pie shell |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into the pie shell. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
