The bold flavor of this meat-free pizza comes from the garlic and artichoke hearts. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
2 tablespoons sliced mushrooms |
1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic |
1/8 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 piece prepared basic french bread pizzas |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add artichokes, mushrooms, garlic, and Italian seasoning; sauté 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender. 3. Sprinkle artichoke mixture over 1 piece prepared pizza. Top with 1/4 cup cheese, and bake at 450° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. |
