Artichoke Hearts Appetizers

This is an elegant and excellent appetizer for the artichoke-lovers. It is a big hit for parties. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) cans pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (i use reduced-fat)
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup miracle whip (i use reduced-fat)
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 (14 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and drained
1 (4 ounce) jar red pimiento strips, for garnish
Directions:
1. Unroll crescent dough into rectangles and press onto bottom and sides of 15x10x1 jelly roll pan to form crust.
2. Bake 375ºF. for about 10 minutes until light golden color.
3. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and spread over crust.
4. Bake for about 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
5. Let stand 5 minutes and cut it in diamond shape before serving.
6. Garnish with 2 thin red pimiento strips forming an X on top. Mmmmm - delicious.!
