Ingredients:
7 ounces red peppers, roasted & coarsely chopped (fresh or jar)
6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup parsley, fresh minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup capers, drained
3 teaspoons garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor, pulsing until finely chopped.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt& pepper.
