Ingredients:
2 -6oz jars artichoke hearts |
1 small onion dhopped |
1clove garlic |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup + bread crumbs |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp oregano and tabasco |
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese |
2 tbs parsley |
Directions:
1. Drain 1 jar of Artichoke into frying pan. Drain other jar off. Chop Artichokes. Put onion and garlic in frying pan. Fry 5 minutes until limp. 2. In bowl beat eggs, add crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper. Stir in cheese, parsleyu and artichokes and onion mix. 3. Put in 7x11 baking pan. Bake 325 for 30 minutes. Can refrigerate and reheat, (is easier to cut). 4. Cool fefore cut. |
