Artichokes are full of soluble fiber - and therefore a tasty way to help with lowering cholesterol! Enjoy this as a dip with fresh veggies and whole wheat crackers or as a healthy sandwhich spread. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 whole lime, peel cut off |
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Process all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. |
