Great Dip served hot with chips
Ingredients:
2 jars marinated artichokes
1 c hellmans/best food mayonnaise
1 – 8 oz can water packed artichokes, drained
1 c parmesan cheese
tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
2. Drain the artichokes and reserve the juice from 1 jar of marinated artichokes.
3. Chop the artichokes finely.
4. Blend the artichokes, mayonnaise, cheese, and juice from the marinated artichokes together.
5. Spread in a 8x8 pan and place in a preheated oven until bubbly.
6. Serve with tortilla chips.
