Ingredients:
3 clove(s) garlic finely chopped |
14 ounce(s) artichoke hearts drained and chop |
3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1 jar(s) about 12 oz rotel tomatoes chopped |
3/4 cup(s) yogurt |
4 ounce(s) sharped cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated |
1 ounce(s) 4oz pimentos chopped |
1/3 cup(s) fresh dill chopped |
Directions:
1. open and drain pimentos, artichoke hearts drain, chop,garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, chopped rotel, grated sharp cheddar and parmesan, add all these ingredients to bowl and mix. pour into 2qt (buttered) casserole dish. Top dress dip with extra pimentos, both cheeses Bake 325 dregrees for 35minutes. chop and sprinkle dip with dill when it comes out of the oven....Cool and enjoy with your favorite crackers |
