This is a super fast, super easy dip to make for the holidays for any party. Everyone loves it. It smeels sooo good Ingredients:
2 cans of artichoke hearts (chop them up) |
2 cups of mayo |
2 cups parmesean (shredded not kraft) good stuff like frigo |
2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese (room temperature) |
4 cloves of fresh garlic (chop it up) |
1 sm can of waterchestnuts (chop it up) |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together but reserve 1/2 cup of Parmesean to top dip. Bake covered in a 350* over for 45 min, remove the lid top with the remaining parmesean bake for 15 more minutes til light brown and bubbly. Cool down some before serving. I tell them not to dip into it right away its too hot but, no one listens. 2. You can add fresh chopped spinach if you would like for a twist! I don't like frozen or canned spinach. |
