This dish is a favorite at family gatherings. Serve with tortilla chips and dig in. Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese |
16 oz mayonaise |
2 c shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cans artichoke hearts - 8-10 count |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Drain and chop Artichoke Hearts in to small pieces 3. Mix all ingredients except Parmesan Cheese together in a medium caserole dish 4. Cover with Parmesan Cheese 5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until edges are brown 6. Remove from oven with hot pads and serve hot with Tortilla chips |
