A great warm appetizer! Ingredients:
artichocke hearts (canned 14 oz) |
4 tbsp parmesan cheese |
3 tbsp mayo (light can be substituted) |
3 tbsp sour cream (light sour cream can be substituted) |
1/2 tsp dried marjoram |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1/4 tsp onion powder |
1/8 tsp garlic powder |
1 bag tortilla chips or toasted baguette bread |
Directions:
1. - Combine Parmesan cheese, mayo, sour cream, dried marjoram, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder & Stir 2. -Drain artichockes on a paper towel & pat dry 3. -Chop artichockes into 1/4 pieces 4. -Stir into mixture and sprinkle with some more Parmesan cheese 5. - Bake 375 until it bubbles!! 6. - Serve warm with Tortillia chips or toasted baguette bread cut into rounds. |
