My old boss used to make this for potlucks. HUGE hit. Ingredients:
1 - 5-6 oz jar of marinated artichokes - drain and chop |
1 cup of mayo |
8 oz. shredded mozzerella |
1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese |
3/4 tbsp. garlic salt |
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion |
Directions:
1. combine all indredients in a bowl and pour into a glass pie pan and bake at 325 for 25 mintues. 2. Serve with crackers or bread (long thing french baguette). |
