This dip is the most requested recipe for family dinners, potlucks, or just because the girls at work deserve a treat. It's easy and can be mixed up and put in the fridge overnight and put in the oven while you're getting ready for work.
Ingredients:
16 ounces mayonnaise
8 ounces sour cream
4 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 -6 ounces parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients reserving a little mozzarella to sprinkle on top.
3. Spray a cassarole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Put mixture in casserole and top with remaining mozzarella.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the top is nicely browned.
6. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
