We had this at an office social, and it's to-die-for as in I can't stop eating it. Serving size unknown...you'll eat more than a serving anyway. Ingredients:
2 cups marinated artichokes, diced |
7 -8 ounces green chilies, chopped |
1/2 cup sweet onions or 1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup cheddar cheese (substitute whatever you prefer) or 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated (substitute whatever you prefer) |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. If you are using canned artichokes or green chilies, drain before combining. 2. Place all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish. 3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. 4. Serve with tortilla chips. |
