Ingredients:
1 lb frozen artichoke heart, thawed
12 ounces parmesan cheese
12 ounces romano cheese
12 ounces sour cream
8 ounces cracker crumbs
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
2. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
