                                                1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped  |  
                                                1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled  |  
                                                1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese  |  
                                                1 cup regular mayonnaise or 1 cup light mayonnaise  |  
                                                1 garlic clove, minced  |  
                                                1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained (optional)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. 2. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.                              |
