Yummy parmesan cheese and artichokes make this dish savory and delicious, it's easy too! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 dash salt |
3 ounces parmesan cheese |
grated swiss cheese, on top |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Drain and chop artichokes. 3. Mix all ingrediants together, put in oven proof dish. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
