This is a great dip-fast and easy. Ingredients:
1 pint mayonnaise |
10 ounces grated cheese (any kind you like) |
1/8 cup finely chopped onion |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 teaspoon green onion top, chopped very fine |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except the artichokes; microwave for 2 minutes only. Stir until it becomes a smooth blended cream. 2. Add chopped artichoke hearts; stir and microwave 7 more minutes. Stir and serve. |
