This one came from Blue Plate Mayonnaise-and is really yummy (and simple!). Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 dash garlic salt |
1 dash onion salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350. 2. Beat with mixer until well blended. 3. Spoon into 2 cup casserole. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 5. Serve with crackers. |
