A very easy dip made in the microwave. You will not believe how good this is with crackers!! Ingredients:
16 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 dash salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all in a Microwave safe bowl. 2. Microwave until all ingredients mix smoothly. 3. Put on your favorite cracker! 4. I like to add some finely diced onions and a little Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning to taste. 5. You can put more or less artichoke hearts in this recipe - depends on your liking! |
