Found this in a magazine from the local grocery store. Made in the Microwave. Ingredients:
1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwavable pie plate. 2. Mix artichokes, butter and garlic, spoon over cream cheese evenly. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 3. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until heated through. 4. Sprinkle with paprika. 5. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. |
