Cooked artichoke dip. Add spinach if desired. (North Fork Ranch, Summer 2006) Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can artichokes, drained and chopped |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
4 green onions (or 1/4 or 1/2 cups chopped) |
Directions:
1. Mix together in glass bowl. 2. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until warm. |
