I had this at a party. It was the best. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter |
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced |
2 (14 ounce) cans water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
Directions:
1. Grease a medium glass or ceramic baking dish with butter and set aside. 2. Mix mozzarella, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic together in a medium bowl, then stir in artichokes. 3. Transfer to prepared dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. 4. 8 hours or more. 5. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 6. Uncover dip and bake until edges begin to brown, about 30 minutes. 7. Stir, then continue baking for 30-45 minutes more. 8. Set aside to let cool for a bit. 9. Serve warm. |
