Yummm. Ingredients:
2 cans artichoke hearts (drained) |
1/2 cup sour cream |
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
salt |
Directions:
1. Coarsely chop drained artichoke hearts. 2. Blend with all other ingredients. 3. Bake 20 minutes at 325*, or put in microwave and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring once. 4. (I prefer baking the dip because the top gets nice and golden brown.). 5. Serve with crackers or toasted bread. 6. ***NOTE-Fatfree sour cream and cream cheese can be used. 7. ***. |
