Simple and easy - a great dip! Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes. 4. Variation - top with a little more parmesan(or experiment with other cheeses on top) 10 minutes into baking. |
