This is my favourite appetizer recipe - because it is so quick and delicious. Less than 3 minutes of work time and 15 minutes of baking time. It's a great one to take to someone's house - it travels well and can be cooked in the microwave for 4 minutes instead of the oven. I usually use low fat mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
1 (14 ounce) can artichokes (in water)
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in food processor.
2. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
3. Serve with white corn tortilla chips (Tostitos).
